Returns & Refund Policy
Returns that are accepted via email:
Returns are free, and we will organise a shipping label for you. You are required to drop off the parcel at your local ParcelPoint location. You must be able to print out the label via your own printer, drop it off at your nearest drop-off location, and post the parcel back to our address.

All returned items must be returned either as new, or as they were bought, i.e. tagged, unwashed, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. Footwear must be returned in their original box, inside another solid box for postage. Apparel must be sent back in its original packaging inside a mailer or satchel. Returned items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your own cost.
Refunds will be deposited back to your card/account/payment method that was charged for the product, and you can expect to see the refund visible in your account within 5 - 7 business days.

Should there not be a suitable exchange for your purchase, we also offer store credit to the same value of the item being returned. Please note: we DO NOT offer refunds after 14 days upon receiving your order/purchase.
If the item you have purchased is new, tagged, unwashed, and unworn, but deemed faulty, please contact us immediately. Each item is dealt with case by case, and if a replacement is not possible, a refund will be available.
