a. Ongotti strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including sneakers, streetwear, and designer items. However, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of product descriptions, images, or other content on our website.
b. The colours of products may vary depending on your monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will exactly match the actual colors of the products.
3. Orders and Payment
a. By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your billing and shipping addresses.
b. Ongotti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, we will refund the full purchase amount.
c. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information. Accepted payment methods are Apple Pay, Union Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and AfterPay. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to card details. You will be asked for your card number, its period of validity and the CVN.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Ongotti is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
b. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Exchanges
a. Please refer to our "Returns and Exchanges" policy for information on returning or exchanging products.
b. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
6. Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. The prices listed on the website include delivery charges within Australia. Shipping overseas costs are at the expense of the buyer, and the import and local taxes in their countries are assumed responsibility of the buyer. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated in the checkout process based on the delivery option and location you require the item to be shipped.
