Shipping Policy

Shipping cost: we offer free shipping for all orders within Australia. 

Once an order is placed, please allow 24-48hrs for processing

 

As a general rule, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery via Sendle, ParcelPoint or Australia Post.

 

We try our best to get all our orders fulfilled within 24 hours. Please consider the time, day and date you place your order to receive your shipment faster. For example, orders made on Sunday will be fulfilled the next day Monday, because on Sunday, we are not open. Orders made on public holidays and Saturday nights are organised to be fulfilled the following available business day. Orders made in holiday periods and Christmas time may also take longer due to higher volumes of orders.
